She’s quite blasé about using the public humble-head. He’s just a ‘thing’ at her feet that lickshines her dirty boot whilst she’s conversing with her boyfriend on the phone. As soon as she finishes her conversation, however, she consciously switches feet in front of the slave's mouth, so that he might lickshine her other dirty boot whilst she checks her text messages, before she silently walks off and leaves him to rot.
