It's the party season and the public humble-head has lots of party boots and shoes to kiss-respect in the town square! Of course, he himself isn't invited to any parties. He must work!

As per usual, the dirty drain slave on the busy street is constantly being walked over and ignored. Passers-by literally walk all over him without even realising, or caring, that he is there, leaving him with only the fleeting memories of their shoesoles for company.   The television reporter on the Gynarchy’s popular ‘Whipping Channel’ sets the scene for both the studio audience and the audience watching eagerly at home: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to ‘The Whipping Channel’ and our latest live, public whipping for your delectation and entertainment!  This old slave man is about to be whipped for the crime of neglecting his mistress’s socks.
