Favela Stairwell

On a favela stairwell a bright young woman stops to have her feet kiss-respected by a stairwell humble-head

She descends towards the favela humble-head slave


She kindly stops by his mouth to let him kiss her feet


He concentrates his menial mouth on her painted big toenail


For it is the big toenail of his female better


Several times she switches feet in front of his face


So that he gets to pay his slavish respects to BOTH her feet


For her haughty part, she looks disparagingly down on the slave


He is a nothing and a nobody...


...permanently confined here on this dirty stairwell


Suddenly she gets a text message...


...that sends her scurrying off!


Leaving the humble-head feeling bereft
