Old Rusty Neck The Foot-Fool

The Gynarchy Authorities have transformed Old Rusty Neck the Shoelick’s appearance. Gone is the heavy cangue around his neck, to be replaced by a rusty, iron collar. And, in addition, they have now added a footfool’s cap to his humble head, so that everyone can mock him and despise him.

A Footslave's Reflections
