Belligerent Boots

In my humble experience, the more petitely-built the customer, the tougher she will wish to appear, and therefore the more likely it is she will be wearing oversized, chunky footwear – designed, no doubt, to emphasise her power and authority over me, despite her feminine petiteness!

It works – for I certainly would fear being kicked in the face by such frightening, female footwear! I therefore demonstrate the utmost respect for such belligerent customers’ boots, and pray and beg for them not to hurt me!
