Important vs Banal

The pretty customer-mistress has important work to get on with on her laptop whilst I get on with my much more banal work of lickshining her shoes.

It’s important, nevertheless, that this pretty customer-mistress should not have to walk around in dirty shoes! 

Important work vs banal work

I think most people would agree that my humble task - that of lickshining my customer's shoes - is the banal work?

But it does have its compensations. For instance, I get to study the pretty customer's SOCKS!

I can see every individual STITCH in the upper of her SOCK!

And not many people can say that!

I consider it an HONOUR to be so close to another, superior person's SOCKS!

And let's face it - this young woman is most definitely my superior!

Else why would I be having to lickshine her SHOES?

I'm just a pathetic, down-in-the-dirt, shoelicking slave!

Where I belong...

...down amongst the DIRT, and the SHOES and the SOCKS of my BETTERS

Fit only to look them in the SOCK as I taste where they have been!

Nice Footwear

The public footservant has some nice footwear waiting to be lickshined in front of him this afternoon – after he has finished tongue-attending to the equally nice, black, patent leather mary-janes and white socks of the attractive Pakistani businesswoman at the head of the queue:           The brown leather, mudstained Chelsea-boots of a smartphone-obsessed, beautiful blonde girl          The grubby, black and white canvas sneakers of a magnificent, stubble-faced master-sir Lucky slave – to be serving a trio of such good-looking customers!

The Ground She Walks On

The suburban footslave dutifully accompanies his pretty, suburban mistress to loafered heel as she chats with her equally pretty, suburban neighbours on the street. Note how the slave reverentially stares at the suburban ground his pretty mistress has been walking on.
