The Asian businesswoman steadfastly ignores me as I dutifully lickshine her smart, businesslike loafer-shoes. And rightly so, for I’m sure she has much more important things on which to concentrate on her laptop! Unlike me, she’s clever. I’m just a dumbass slave, fit only to taste where she has been!

He realises there is more intelligence in her SOCKS than there is in the whole of his lowly being

He lickshines shoes for a lowly living...
