Here we see an incompetent household footslave being punished in the public stocks for having accidentally snagged his mistress's nylon tights with his teeth whilst suck-cleaning them inside his menial mouth. The owner of the tights has draped them over his humble, confined face and is, quite rightly, verbally berating him for his footslavish incompetence, whilst a crowd of onlookers heap further opprobrium upon him.
There is nothing more infuriating than an incompetent footslave! Hopefully the gaoler's whip will help to teach the slave a lesson in how to handle a lady's delicate tights!
