Showing Respect For His Betters

The public humble head is showing his respect for the boots of his betters.

We know they are his betters because:

·     They are free to move about as they damn well please, whereas he isn’t
·     They are better-looking than him
·     They are more intelligent than him
·     They are smokers (the slave is not at liberty to smoke)
·     They are both sexually active (the slave is a virgin)
·     They are not the ones confined in a wall at ankle level and having to kiss or lick the dirty shoes and boots of the general public
·     Even the girl’s socks are worth more than the slave (see how they tower over him!)
