The somewhat surly female customer has a pronounced Caribbean
accent, which absolutely MUST be obeyed:
| 'Clean them boots, bwoy! Clean off all the filfth, an’ that, you hear?’ |
| ‘Yes, mistress madam. I hear and obey you, mistress madam.’ |
| The sullen wearer of the boots watches me like a hawk... |
| ...as I obediently tongue-clean the filthy sole of her right boot... |
| ...beneath her strong and mighty SOCKS! |
| I fear this customer-mistress - as well as her BOOTS and SOCKS! |
| I look up timidly at her thick and masterful SOCKS! |
| I study the stitching in her SOCKS, in case she asks me questions on them later! |
| A good and obedient public footservant must always study his customer's SOCKS... |
| ...as he dutifully tastes where his esteemed customer has been! |
| 'Clean them uppers also, slave!' |
| 'Yes, mistress madam. To hear you is to obey you, mistress madam.' |
