Wooden Ruff
Ms Karen madam makes her personal footslave wear a humiliating wooden ruff – especially when gentlemen callers are around. It not only serves to humble the slave and weigh him down; it also helps to reassure the handsome gentleman caller that the slave is no threat to him or to his efforts to woo the slave’s mistress, since the wooden ruff ably demonstrates the footslave’s impotence.
Points to note about this scene:
· The wood around the slave’s neck is ‘rough’ in every sense of the word, in contrast to the expensive, smooth wood of the mistress’s decked patio
· Note the wooden footrest built into the ‘ruff’ directly beneath the slave’s bowed head. This, of course, is for anyone – master or mistress – to rest their foot on whilst the kneeling slave is kissing it. You can see the stains and dirty marks left by the shoe and bootsoles of his betters
· Observe how the dutiful slave remains steadfastly focussed on his mistress’s boots and socks. He dare not look his mistress, or indeed the gentleman caller-sir, in the eye, since he is just a slave. Even his mistress’s soft, bare legskin above the sock is out of bounds to his lowly gaze. No doubt the presence of the mistress’s whip lying like a coiled up snake next to her boots – a whip which has already been in evident use on the slave’s back – goes a long way to explaining the slave’s humility, chastity and obedience!
· What a contrast the gentleman caller-sir, dressed in his finery, makes to the lowly footslave! No wooden ruff for him! Instead, he wears a handsome top hat, emphasising his manliness and attractiveness to the female.
· Study if you will, like the slave, the creases in mistress Karen’s white bootsocks. For they are truly an awesome sight to behold! I’ll wager those socks will be coming off soon, along with the rest of her clothing, as mistress Karen madam retires to her boudoir in the company of the manly master-sir, leaving the slave alone out on the patio sniffing his mistress’s discarded boots and socks, as befits an impotent and celibate, wooden-ruff-wearing footslave.
