Oh to be a humble head!
Admiring the sock,
Whilst kissing the shoe.
Respecting the foot,
Of no matter who.

Being despised,
And talked down to.
Beaten and kicked,
By all who pass through.

Oh to be a humble head!
Though some might say,
You’d be better off dead!
