Only When It Suits Her
Even my regular customers only visit me when it suits them. Take regular customer-mistress Ms Mukta madam, for example. She will visit me for a lick and a shine about once a month, but may well miss a month or two. That’s because she doesn’t care about me or have any feelings towards me, apart from feelings of contempt (even though she may appear to have a relatively friendly manner, at least compared to other customers!)
Her decision on whether or not to visit me is based purely on her perception as to whether her shoes could do with a lick and a shine, or not! I am her local public shoelicker, not her friend!

Ms Mukta is NOT my friend. She is my esteemed customer. It is therefore right and proper that she should concentrate on her text messages... |
