*Gynarchy vigilante mistress – a young woman, typically a university student, who is paid by the Female State to patrol the streets of the Gynarchy in uniform in her spare time, keeping public footslaves in check. Vigilante mistresses are also encouraged, as here, to regularly humiliate prisoners in the Gynarchy’s dungeons with their shoes and socks.
