This pretty, bespectacled Asian customer-mistress has a very particular demand:
‘I step on dirty chewing gum, slave. You lick off – make sole
of shoe nice and clean. You obey. You a slave. You not remove dirty gum from shoe, I have you whip!'
‘Yes, mistress madam. At once, mistress madam. I will be
a good chewing-gum remover for you, miss. Please don’t have me
whipped, miss.’
