Sitoffish
Some customers can appear totally 'sitoffish' - uninterested in my humble tonguework on their boots or shoes below them. Until, that is, they suddenly take an interest in my efforts!

| At first the customer-mistress appears haughty and 'sitoffish' as I go about my humble business of tongue-cleaning her boots |

| But then she starts to take an informed interest in my lowly work |
 |
| 'Lick the top of the boot also, slave! And study the sock!' |
 |
| This is too good an opportunity to miss! 'Yes, mistress-madam. At once, mistress-madam!' |
 |
| I hastily raise my head! To actually be invited to study a customer's sock is a rare honour indeed! |
 |
| Perhaps this bright and intelligent, young woman is not so haughty and sitoffish, after all? |
 |
| I eagerly study the patterns in the stitching of her white sock |
 |
| The sock of a seemingly sitoffish goddess! |
 |
| What a sock! |
 |
| And meanwhile her other boot and sock hovers over my humble head! |
 |
| Truly I am where I belong - down amongst my pretty customer's boots and socks! |
 |
| She still has an air of haughtiness about her. And why wouldn't she? She is, after all, my infinite better! |
