Why You Are Being Punished, Slave?

'Why you are being punished, slave? Why the sign is saying I must whip you?'

She sounds East European. Polish, I think. But what I must humbly try to get across to the pretty mistress-madam is that the sign does NOT say she MUST whip me! It merely exhorts her to do so:

'Oh pray, pretty mistress, if it pleases you pretty mistress-madam, this slave foolishly upset his mistress by neglecting to tongue-polish her boots properly, pretty mistress-madam, if you will forgive him his slavish incompetence and insolence, pretty mistress? Oh pray! Oh beg, miss! Please don't whip me, madam!' 

'Mmm... kiss my feet, dirty slave. Beg me to show the mercy towards you!'

I duly kiss, and beg - several times. But it is to no avail. She is just toying with me:

'You kiss feet well, dirty slave, even if you do not polish the boots of your mistress very well! But I must now be punishing you, as the sign says I must! Are you ready for the pain, slave?'

Her female mind is clearly made up:

'Yes, pretty mistress-madam. Thanking you kindly, pretty mistress-madam. Oh mercy, miss!'

'Why you are being punished, slave? Why the sign is saying I must whip you?'

'Oh pray, pretty mistress... this slave foolishly upset his mistress by neglecting to tongue-polish her boots properly, pretty mistress-madam.'

'Mmm... kiss my feet, dirty slave. Beg me to show the mercy towards you!'

I duly kiss the pretty Polish girl's yellow and black sneakers, whilst admiring her white socks

'Oh pray! Oh beg, miss! Please don't whip me, madam!' 

'M...mercy, mistress! I kiss your feet, pretty m...mistress-madam!'

'Oh mistress! Your sneakers! Your socks!...

...Pray have mercy on me, miss!'

'You kiss feet well, dirty slave...

...But I must now be punishing you, as the sign says I must!'

I watch, helplessly, as her sneakers and socks move over towards the whip-stand!

'Are you ready for the pain, slave?'
