Part 1 – A new life Roger sat nervously in the back of the limousine observing the sights of Jakarta as the car sped through the streets of the Indonesian capital. A modestly-attired young woman looks down upon me with wholly justifiable contempt – the piece of trash at her feet. She then makes sure I pay suitable homage to her superior feet, by kiss-respecting her shoes.
