The backstreet footfool must kiss the boots of a bright, young woman of the Gynarchy – much to the approval of a passing Gynarchy cardinal.

Ha! Ha! See how the fool’s cap is enthusiastically embracing the young woman’s shapely, booted ankle as his lips embrace the outstretched toe of her black leather boot. And the fool doesn’t even know if his pretty customer is wearing any socks inside her boots!

Morning, noon and night the city centre drain slave gets walked all over by uncaring customers. Most of them don’t give a second thought, or even realise he’s down there beneath their dirty sandals and shoes! As far as they are concerned, they’re just walking over a dirty municipal drain – part of the city’s sewer system! Casually and unconcernedly walking over the drain slave He gets a good view of her pink flip-flops... ...along with her pedicured toenails! Such feminine footwear - effectively walking all over him! He can see the ingrained dirt on her flip-flop soles She can't even see him at all - or, at least, she's not even looking, being engrossed on her telephone call high above the lowly drain slave! All too soon, as with nearly all his customers, she's gone - getting on with her superior life! She's a student from the local uni, out for a night on the town. She walks over dozens of drain slaves during the course of the evening, and doesn't give a second thought to any one of them! Her sandal treads almost touch his face... ...as she casually strolls across the bars of his drain Her sandal sole is momentarily close enough for him to be able to inspect the dirt in between the treads! He can also discern the shape of her well-turned ankle beneath her pink slacks But he is powerless to touch either her shoe or her ankle!
