The dirty footoire slave is just another dirty humble-head slave - condemned to kiss his betters' dirty feet. Ms Mukta loves  humiliating him! A public humble-head slave is not only required to kiss the feet of the general public who deign to stop in front of his feckless face. By Law, he is also required to ‘study and admire’ the feet and footwear of those who choose to simply pass on by him.
