Nugatory Work

The nature of the slave's work is largely nugatory - except that by working hard he does keep his mistress's whip away from his back. Not entirely successfully, as you can see! It seems he must strive to work harder!

This slave clearly doesn't know the true meaning of hard work...

...given the amount of lashes his pretty mistress has been required to deliver to his back and shoulders!

Her WHIP!

She is, quite rightly, determined to eek every last scintilla of work out of her slave, even if it is nugatory work!

Her shoe. I'll wager the slave's lowly lips have oftentimes kissed that shoe in abject supplication...

...begging his pretty mistress not to WHIP him!

But lazy slaves must be WHIPPED...

...just as they must kiss feet!

The WHIP, or WORK. That is the slave's only choice!

He knows it, and his mistress knows it!

If he has any sense, he will choose to work, and thus seek to avoid the WHIP'S mighty STING!

And afterwards, he will kiss his mistress's foot by way of thanking her for correcting him with the WHIP!
