Sockface

An elderly, bus footslave has the honour of studying the backs of a young businesswoman’s socks as she is seated above him on the bus. He really is nothing more than a 'sockface' - a face obliged to study another person's socks!

They are patterned, cartoon-print socks - belying the young businesswoman's seriousness

But, whatever his customers' choice of socks, the slave never has anything but the utmost slavish respect for them

A sock is a sock - and therefore is better than him

He is inferior to socks

He studies BOTH socks, of course!

He has equal respect for both the left and right socks

Each and every individual stitch in the socks is worthy of his slavish respect and admiration...

...since it is the stitch in the sock of a young woman - his infinite better!

He keeps his humble sockface respectfully bowed behind the sock...

...as he ponders what it would be like to be owned by these socks...

...to have to follow them to heel everywhere they go...

...and to kiss, sniff, mouthwash and care for them

Oh to be this bright young businesswoman's personal sockslave!

For her part, the wearer of the socks is oblivious to the sockface-slave's devotion to her socks beneath her

They're just socks...

...things she slips onto her feet and tucks beneath her trousers!

She can't even recall which pair of socks she hurriedly put on her feet this morning!

But she has inadvertently made the sockface-slave's day!

Such a lovely and intriguing pair of cartoon socks for him to study and admire!

Her SOCKS!

The socks of a successful young businesswoman!

Of a superior being to the slave at her feet!

The slave, meanwhile, remains resolutely focussed on the backs of his customer-passenger's socks...

...and will do throughout the rest of her journey

My master Iain sir really knows how to wield the CANE! And he very much enjoys demonstrating his caning prowess in front of his pretty girlfriends.
