Old sock slavey's daily tasks include not just the care and upkeep of his master and mistress's SOCKS, both on and off their feet. He is also responsible for the upkeep of their outer footwear. Here we see old slavey lickshining his mistress Mukta's street-soiled sneakers whilst her husband relaxes on the sofa beside her, picking his nose.
The one consolation for old sock slavey in this ignominious position is that his face is never far from his masters' SOCKS, even if, for now, he isn't getting to touch them!

| And the 'icing on the cake' is that his magnificent, nose-picking master sir's SOCKS aren't far from his kneeling face either! |

| Old sock slavey is, in effect, where he belongs - down amongst his masters' SOCKS as he tongue attends to their SHOES! |
